UK Returns & Exchanges – 30 days from receipt of order

We offer a 100% MONEY BACK GUARANTEE on all website sales within 30 days of you receiving the order.

All items returned for an exchange will be sent back out on free delivery, items can be exchanged as many times as necessary.

You can either returns items via the post office or arrange for a courier to collect the item from you on a convenient day. We recommend you try My Hermes (www.myhermes.co.uk) as they offer very competitive rates. Please note we are not able to reimburse return postage costs and strongly suggest that the returned items are insured when shipped.

Please include your name, order number and whether you want a refund or exchange.

If you require a refund simply put refund on the returns from and we will issue a refund as soon as we have the item back.

The items must be returned in their original re- saleable condition, e.g. unworn, unwashed and with any original labels and packaging intact.

We do advise that all customers check items thoroughly upon arrival, prior to removing and disposing of labels and original packaging.

Overseas Returns & Exchanges – 30 days from receipt of order

All items returned for an exchange from overseas will require you to call and pay delivery before they can be sent out again, items can be exchanged as many times as necessary.

We are not able to reimburse return postage costs.

CLEARLY LABEL ON OUTSIDE OF PACKAGE THAT ITEM IS A RETURN OR IT MAY INCCUR IMPORT COSTS THAT YOU WILL BE LIABLE FOR.

Returns from outside the EU

Returns from outside the EU may be subject to custom charges and/or import duties, over which we have no control, and for which we cannot accept liability. If they apply they may require to be paid before the Parcel will be released for delivery. You may require to pay additional charges for customs clearance. We have no control over these charges and cannot advise you what they may be. As customs policies vary from country to country, you may wish to contact your local Tax or Customs office for further details.
